Project Hope, Inc. is a place where we are helping other people everyday. The vision statement for Project Hope, inc. is developing community through education and recreation.  The mission statement is helping the community by helping people. One of the goals of Project Hope is to provide ongoing access to youth-focused training, education and support services to all youth, but specifically youth in greatest need. At Project Hope, we envision a community rich in developmental assets and resources that support positive youth development and healthy life choices for all youth regardless of their social and economic circumstances. For over 20 years, our founder and chief executive officer has provided support, guidance and direction to youth in Clayton County through summer camps and field trips, athletics/physical activity opportunities, tutoring and academic enrichment services, performing arts, life and social skills. Additionally, we have hosted community back to school and safe summer events for youth and families, distributed food and hygiene items to low-income and homeless individuals and families, and provided a summer food program for youth and families. We are now working to build a park in our low-income community because there are no safe spaces for children to play and for families to relax within walking distance.
